Mississippi Gaming Committee Commission Meeting Minutes: January 17 Meeting

The Mississippi Gaming Commission held its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, January 17, 2019, at 9:00 a.m. at the Jackson offices of the Mississippi Gaming Commission. Executive Director Allen Godfrey, Chairman Al Hopkins and Commissioners Jerry Griffith and Tom Gresham were in attendance. The following matters were considered:

LICENSING

  • None for this meeting.

FINDINGS OF SUITABILITY

The Mississippi Gaming Commission approved findings of suitability for the following persons and entities:

  • Arlene M. Tansey, Chair of Audit Committee of Aristocrat Leisure Limited
  • Matthew R. Wilson, Managing Director of the Americas, Aristocrat Technologies, Inc.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULE ADOPTION – PUBLIC NOTICE

The Commission approved publication of notice of proposed rule adoption and receipt of public comment for the next twenty five days:
