The Board granted the General Counsel’s motion for default judgment based on the Respondent’s failure to file an answer to the compliance specification.  Accordingly, the Board ordered the Respondent to pay the amounts stated in the compliance specification, plus interest accrued to the date of payment, to the Union health-and-welfare and pension funds.  Charge filed by the Excavating, Grading, Asphalt, Private Scavengers, Automobile Salesroom Garage Attendants, and Linen and Laundry Union No. 731, affiliated with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters.
