The Mississippi Gaming Commission held its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, November 18, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. at the Jackson office. Executive Director Jay McDaniel, Chairman Al Hopkins, and Commissioners Franc Lee and Tom Gresham all participated. The following matters were considered:

The Commission approved a finding of suitability for the following person:

Recommendation Regarding Hearing Examiner’s Decision for hearing(s) held on October 22, 2021 – Willie Green, Jr. vs. Land Holdings I, LLC d/b/a Scarlet Pearl, MGC No. 21-00189 (SD). The Commission declined to review the hearing officer’s findings of fact and decision.
The next regular meeting of the Mississippi Gaming Commission will be held on Thursday, December 16, 2021, at the Jackson offices of the Mississippi Gaming Commission, beginning at 9:00 a.m. The deadline for submission of agenda items for this meeting is November 30, 2021.
