TCEQ’s Implementation of the NPDES Program for Oil and Gas Discharges [VIDEO]

As of January 15, 2021, the TCEQ has authority to issue permits under the Clean Water Act NPDES program for discharges to surface waters from oil and gas activities in Texas. Now permittees and the TCEQ are working through the practical implications of the transition.
