U.S. Supreme Court Denies Redskins’ Petition to Join SLANTS Case

U.S. Supreme Court today, without comment, refused the Redskins’ Petition to join the SLANTS case challenging the U.S. Trademark Office’s ban on “offensive” trademarks.
