His practice focuses on climate change policy and litigation under the Clean Air Act (CAA) and state law, as well as Clean Water Act (CWA) rulemaking actions. Alex has notable experience supporting energy industry clients in licensing processes, enforcement actions and litigation. He regularly advises clients on litigation and policies related to climate change under state and federal law and has experience conducting environmental due diligence for renewable energy projects.
