Allison A. Schaper is an associate in Polsinelli’s Commercial Litigation and Environmental Departments. Allison has represented clients in both Federal and State Court proceedings in various phases of litigation including conducting all phases of discovery, deposing and defending fact and expert witness depositions, and chaired cases successfully through trial and to verdict.
Allison’s environmental expertise includes the Clean Air Act (CAA), Clean Water Act (CWA), Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA or Superfund) in addition to a spectrum of substances.
Additionally, Allison is well versed in the increasingly important field of eDiscovery.
