Andy St. Romain is a partner in the firm's Real Estate Practice Group and is a member of the Energy Industry Team. His practice involves a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including oil and gas leasing and infrastructure, mixed use and other retail development, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, and title examinations. He also has experience working on purchase agreements, lease agreements, development agreements, negotiating financing terms, and forming business corporations and limited liability companies. Mr. St. Romain has also been involved in the preparation of oil and gas title opinions and been involved in due diligence aspects of producing property acquisitions.
Mr. St. Romain’s real estate practice includes acquisition, development, planning, management, land use, and zoning. He has extensive experience in negotiating purchase, lease, and development agreements; financing acquisitions; and commercial developments for national retailers and local developers. He also handles land use and zoning matters for commercial and industrial sites as well as traditional neighborhood developments.
