Aracely Abarca is an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group in the firm's Los Angeles office.

Areas of Practice

Aracely defends employers from a variety of industries in single plaintiff and class action litigation involving federal and state labor and employment laws, including matters relating to discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wage and hour violations.

Aracely advises and counsels clients on employment practices, such as new hire issues, terminations and other personnel decisions. She also is experienced in drafting employment policies, including employee handbooks.

Previously, Aracely served as a judicial intern to Magistrate Judge Donna M. Ryu of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
