Brittany is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate Department in the Stamford, Connecticut office.

Brittany has experience assisting clients in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and consulting with clients regarding general corporate matters, including entity formation, governance and dissolutions. Prior to working at a law firm, Brittany worked as a Senior Tax Consultant with Deloitte Tax LLP in New York, NY for four years. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and Psychology from Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts.
