Caroline Hogan is special counsel and a litigation attorney with Foley & Lardner LLP where she focuses her practice in the area of labor and employment law. Ms. Hogan represents and counsels employers on a wide range of labor and employment law issues, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour compliance, collective bargaining and contractual disputes arising out of employment agreements. Ms. Hogan has extensive experience representing employers in federal and state court and before governmental agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Wisconsin’s Equal Rights Division. Ms. Hogan also provides clients with practical advice and proactive counseling regarding the best practices to comply with the complexities of federal, state and local law and to avoid employee complaints and litigation.
