Catherine Muyl

Catherine has extensive experience representing clients in domestic and crossborder IP disputes related to patents, trademarks, copyright, registered designs, software and related rights (including databases). She also represents clients in infringement and cancellation cases and inventorship disputes. Catherine represents clients on trademark issues before the French and European Union Trademark Offices as well as on domain name disputes (including UDRP procedures). Since 2001, Catherine has been advising clients in the area of data protection. She advises on GDPR compliance and represents clients in breach response and related litigation.
