In particular, Charles has gained extensive contentious experience, including the pursuit of Insolvency Act claims, misfeasance and asset tracing.

Charles is involved with a number of initiatives within the local community, including a programme aimed at improving literacy in a local school, and takes part in various charity events run by the Leeds office. Charles regularly contributes to the firm’s Restructuring GlobalView blog.
