Charles (Charlie) Malone, a partner in the firm’s Nashville office, is a trial lawyer who focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, professional liability defense, and catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death claims. Charlie tries jury and bench trials in federal and state courts as well as litigates disputes before arbitration panels and other quasi-judicial and regulatory bodies. Additionally, Charlie has developed significant experience conducting internal investigations on behalf of special committees of corporate boards of directors. Charlie’s extensive experience and areas of focus include:

business fraud, breach of contract, business / joint venture divorce, and insurance coverage claims in federal and state court and in arbitration;
