Chelsea focuses her practice on transactional commercial real estate law. She regularly drafts closing documents and leases, negotiates purchase and sale agreements, and performs due diligence related to acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.

In 2013, Chelsea was a Summer Intern at Mintz. After earning her law degree, she joined the Boston office of another international law firm and served as an associate in its real estate department. 

In law school, Chelsea was a teaching assistant for the Legal Research and Writing class and wrote for the Wake Forest Law Review.
