Christian's practice spans the full spectrum of compensation and benefits issues, including the design, implementation, and regulatory compliance of employment agreements, severance arrangements, equity compensation plans, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, change in control agreements, and tax-qualified plans.

He regularly negotiates the employee benefits aspects of merger and acquisition transactions and routinely advises both companies and individuals on the impact of golden parachute taxes in such transactions.
