Dan brings a wealth of experience in the electric and gas industries to his work at Michael Best. He represents the full range of industry enterprises, including electric transmission companies, natural gas pipelines, natural gas and electric distribution companies, and independent marketers.

Prior to joining Michael Best, Dan was Deputy General Counsel and Director of Legal Services for American Transmission Company, for whom he also acted as interim General Counsel and Secretary. He has represented several large utility companies, such as Questar Corporation, Florida Power Corporation, Wisconsin Electric Power Company, and American Gas Association.
