Daniel Lopez is a senior associate with the infrastructure, energy and resources practice group. He concentrates his practice on rail and other transport and infrastructure projects. Daniel has over 12 years’ experience advising on non-contentious infrastructure projects, particularly in the rail sector. He acts for clients on contentious and non-contentious matters, including advising on negotiating and drafting infrastructure and construction contracts.

Daniel has extensive experience advising employers, developers, contractors and consultants on numerous standard form contracts (particularly NEC3, FIDIC, MF/1 and JCT) and appointments, as well as bespoke forms. He is fluent in Spanish.
