Danielle is a member of Davis|Kuelthau’s Corporate Team in Milwaukee. Danielle advises companies and business owners on a variety of complex legal and business matters, including business formation, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions across multiple industries. She assists clients by drafting and negotiating contracts, including stock purchase and asset purchase agreements, reviewing various transaction documents and performing due diligence.

In addition to her corporate practice, Danielle assists clients with commercial real estate matters, including leasing, financing, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements. Danielle also has experience representing franchisors and franchisees on different franchise matters, including the preparation of franchise agreements and franchise disclosure documents.
