David E. Block is a Principal in the Miami, Florida, office of Jackson Lewis P.C.

Mr. Block practices exclusively in the area of labor and employment law and regularly litigates matters on behalf of the firm’s clients. In addition, Mr. Block is the Miami office’s senior trial attorney having litigated numerous state and federal matters, including class and collective actions. Mr. Block counsels clients on a variety of other labor and employment law matters including Alternative Dispute Resolution, the Older Workers’ Benefit Protection Act, sexual harassment and other forms of discrimination, as well as a variety of tort and contract issues.  Mr. Block regularly lectures on these topics and has appeared on television and radio as a labor and employment law commentator. Mr. Block is the 2016 Vice-President of the Association of Florida Management Attorneys.
