David Kronenberg is a leading energy finance attorney who represents energy companies, financial institutions, hedge funds, and private equity firms in energy transactional matters, bankruptcy and restructuring matters, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory and transactional matters involving carbon markets and renewable energy credits.

David has significant experience negotiating and drafting physical and financial energy commodities transactions using ISDA, NAESB, and EEI documentation; credit documentation serving as security for lien-based hedging transactions; and hedging agreements involving chapter 11 debtors and related hedging and trading orders. David also advises clients regarding secured energy transaction terms and structures.
