Devora Y. In this capacity, she counsels both established and emerging growth companies throughout the world including the U.S., Israel, China, Europe, Africa and Latin America.

Ms. Snyder focuses her real estate and finance practice on representing Israeli insurance companies, pension funds, public and private companies, and private individuals in cross-border real estate and joint venture transactions, representing Israeli institutional investors in mezzanine and preferred equity financings, and negotiates complex joint venture agreements for real estate investments in the United States, and Europe.
