Dr. Henning Starke is a counsel in the Frankfurt office and a member of the Investment Management and Banking and Finance practice groups.

Mr. Starke concentrates on financial regulation. His primary focus is on asset management with an emphasis on the conception, formation and promotion of investment vehicles and structured products. His experience covers a wide range of asset classes and vehicles. For example, he structures investments in securities and derivatives, receivables, real estate, private equity or renewable energies in UCITS, closed-ended funds, hedge funds or corporate structures, both for retail and institutional use. Moreover, Mr. Starke is active in tailoring products to the regulatory and economic requirements of specific institutional investors, such as insurance companies.
