Ms. Brooks is a lawyer in our real estate practice group and has acted for vendors, purchasers, property developers, lessors and lessees in all aspects of their transaction. Ms. Brooks has experience in a broad range of property matters including property acquisitions and disposals, development work, due diligence reporting, renewable energy projects, such as wind farms, as well as commercial, retail and industrial leasing.
