Eric Y. Choi is an associate in Neal Gerber Eisenberg’s Litigation practice group. Eric delivers innovative and exacting legal services to his clients with the ever-present goal of remaining cost-effective. He is versed in complex civil litigation matters ranging from licensing, breach of contract, compliance with consumer protection laws, tort defense, and insurance recovery.
Eric regularly advises corporate and individual policyholders concerning insurance coverage issues and disputes, and litigates whenever necessary. As reflected in his representative experience, he has first- and second-chaired jury trials, securing victories for his clients, entrenched himself in complex and protracted discovery phases of litigation, briefed and argued numerous dispositive motions, advocated in the appellate courts on behalf of his clients, and argued before the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, securing a complete reversal on behalf of his client.
