Erica regularly represents hospitals, national provider staffing services, dietary supplement manufacturers, and providers of emergency services, dermatology, and other medical specialties in a variety of enforcement matters at both the state and federal levels. Erica focuses her practice on False Claims Act investigation defense and litigation, CARES Act/COVID-19 enforcement defense, and white collar internal investigation and litigation defense. When a client receives a government contact or inquiry, Erica guides them through the process of responding, negotiating a settlement, or litigating the matter.
