Professional Biography

Erik Halvorson is an associate in Bradley’s Banking and Financial Services Practice Group.

Prior to joining Bradley, Erik clerked for the Hon. W. Neal McBrayer of the Tennessee Court of Appeals. He received his J.D. from Belmont University College of Law, where he was valedictorian of his class. While in law school, Erik served as an Article and Notes Editor for the Belmont Law Review, and his note, Rethinking American Antitrust: How Common Knowledge and Policymakers’ Best Intentions Harm Consumers, was published in Volume 9, Issue 2 of the journal. Erik also served as president of Belmont’s Board of Advocates and was an active member of the moot court team both as an oralist and brief writer. He earned a B.A. in Economics from Hillsdale College.
