Esha Nath is a Solicitor at Vedder Price and a member of the Global Transportation Finance team in the firm’s London office.

Ms. Nath completed a finance- and corporate-focused training contract in the London office of an international law firm, gaining broad experience in multijurisdictional secured and syndicated finance transactions. Her practice is focused on asset finance and she advises on a variety of cross-border aircraft financing, leasing and sale and purchase transactions involving commercial aircraft, business jets and aircraft engines.
