Evi Christou focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation and trademark prosecution and enforcement. Appearing in federal courts, Evi represents clients in cases involving patent, trademark, trade dress, false advertising, unfair competition, and copyright matters. Evi also advises clients on U.S. and international trademark portfolio management, including filing and enforcement strategies and protecting valuable brands by initiating and defending opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office as well as instituting domain name arbitration proceedings before the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN).
