Before joining Jaffe, Evyan spent the majority of her career working with mid-sized law firms and helping them create strategic business development and marketing plans and initiatives in the New York, Chicago and Atlanta markets.
Evyan’s approach to working with clients is tailored and hands-on. She focuses on getting to know each of her clients and their firms so she can create specific and achievable business development and marketing goals. Evyan understands that every attorney, firm, practice area and market is different, so she prioritizes understanding and highlighting strengths to create visibility and thought leadership in the industry.
At Jaffe, Evyan works one-on-one with her clients through coaching, planning, execution and follow-through to create realistic and measurable results. She uses Jaffe’s resources to assist and guide clients and help them create comprehensive and achievable plans to fit their skills and needs, while focusing on their strengths and interests. Through her experience working in-house at several mid-sized law firms, Evyan understands the complex dynamics of tailoring efforts to fit within not just the law firm, but also in practice areas and for individuals.
