Mr. McInnis has a broad range of experience in traditional labor law.  He regularly counsels employers on all aspects of labor law and has represented employers in representation and unfair labor practice proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), arbitrations under collective bargaining agreements, contract negotiations, and numerous other administrative proceedings.  He regularly advises clients regarding union organizing campaigns and elections and has significant experience in training company managers and supervisory personnel in the area of union avoidance.  He also has litigated numerous cases in state court to obtain restraining orders and injunctions to prevent unlawful union picketing and violence during labor disputes. Mr. McInnis was named one of the Top One Hundred Labor Attorneys in America by Labor Relations Institute, Inc. based on his representation of employers before the NLRB
