Graham Welch is an associate at Foley & Lardner LLP, based in the firm’s New York office, where he is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice.

Prior to joining Foley, Graham served as a research intern at Boston College Law School, intern for Justice Peter W. Agnes of the Massachusetts Appeals Court, intern for the Homicide Unit of the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, research assistant at Georgetown University, intern for the Criminal Division’s Office of International Affairs at the United States Department of Justice, legislative intern in the Office of Congressman William R. Keating at the United States House of Representatives and legislative intern in the Office of State Senator Daniel A. Wolf at the Massachusetts State House.

Education

Graham earned his law degree from Boston College Law School (J.D., cum laude, 2017), where he served as managing editor of the Environmental Affairs Law Review and was a Pro Bono Designation fellow. Graham also participated in the Immigration Law Spring Break Program in New York, was a member of the Rankings Committee of the Law Student Association, served as treasurer for the Law School Democrats and was a law school mentor.

Graham received his bachelor’s degrees in government and history from Georgetown University (B.A., cum laude, 2014). During this time he was a member of Phi Alpha Theta (history honor society) and Pi Sigma Alpha (political science honor society) and named to the Dean’s List. He was also the director of operations for 1634 Society and served as a tutor for DC Reads.
