Mr. Jorgensen is a partner in the Litigation Practice Group of Lewis Roca Rothgerber, LLP. He practices in the Lewis Roca Rothgerber Pharmaceutical & Medical Device and Products Liability groups. He has extensive experience in handling complex, mass tort and multi-district litigation, including the Diet Drug, PPA, Accutane, Nexium, AWP and Asbestos litigation. He also has experience in defending tire manufacturers and consumer products.

Recently, Mr. Jorgensen has been very active in representing financial institutions in litigation arising from the sub-prime mortgage crisis. He has significant experience representing financial institutions in matters dealing with consumer protection statutes (TILA, RESPA, HOEPA, FCRA), home mortgage litigation and foreclosure. Through his representation a large body of consumer finance case law has been established in Nevada arising from the thousands of home mortgage lawsuits filed in Nevada.
