Jörg Uhlmann’s practice includes all aspects of banking and finance transactions including acquisition finance, syndicated lending, asset finance and real estate finance as well as capital markets issues. He advises banks, hedge funds and other financial institutions as well as borrowers in all aspects of finance transactions and securitizations. Jörg is also a member of our restructuring and insolvency group. His representations focus on advising national and international creditors and companies on restructuring and insolvency law matters, in particular out-of-court restructurings and insolvency proceedings.
