Mr. Tipple is a commercial litigator with more than seven years' experience in complex disputes and has a current practice focused on professional indemnity litigation. 

Mr. Tipple is passionate about providing strategic and sound legal advice to his clients to help them achieve commercially sensible outcomes so that they can get on with operating and growing their business. He advises solicitors' professional indemnity insurers in relation to litigated and non-litigated disputes, primarily in the Supreme Court of New South Wales. 

Mr. Tipple has experience in, and knowledge of, appropriate alternative dispute resolution options, including mediation and court ordered conciliation.
