Jamie Francis is an experienced corporate attorney with an extensive client portfolio that includes businesses across industry sectors and throughout South Carolina, as well as work for regional, national, and international companies. His practice is focused on governance matters, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and other general business matters and advice. Jamie provides advice to clients on sophisticated commercial transactions and other strategic business matters, including corporate formations and restructurings, strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, efforts to raise capital and other strategic imperatives. In his role as a trusted advisor for both public and private companies and their governing bodies, Jamie also regularly counsels boards of directors, executive teams and management regarding confidential transactional and governance matters, internal and government investigations and other business matters.
