Jason is a member of the firm’s Litigation practice group. He has experience helping clients resolve disputes involving the False Claims Act, real estate, defamation, land use/zoning, discrimination, ADA/disability issues, bankruptcy, contracts, federal and state laws, and a wide variety of business issues.

Negotiating a full-discharge settlement of a client’s student loans from the United States via an adversary bankruptcy proceeding. Jason was named to the Arizona Pro Bono Honor Roll in 2014 by the Arizona Bankruptcy Court for his work on this case.
Navigating real estate and land use issues to help a school obtain a quiet title judgment in Superior Court, enabling the school to expand its facilities on an adjacent lot.
Defending a group of healthcare workers in three related defamation actions involving the Federal Tort Claims Act, tribal law jurisdiction, and arguments of first impression regarding acts within the scope of employment that are currently under appeal in the Ninth Circuit.
