Jennifer DiNuccio is an associate at the firm’s Boston office. She is a member of the investment management practice group. She focuses her practice on advising investment advisers of registered funds, unregistered funds and other financial services providers. She counsels clients on various legal and regulatory matters, including derivatives documentation, performance advertising reviews and drafting and reviewing documentation for the formation, organization and ongoing operations of registered and unregistered funds, including fund reorganizations.
Jennifer served as a summer associate at the firm in 2017. Prior to joining the firm, she was a judicial intern for the Honorable Gordon H. Piper of the Massachusetts Land Court. In addition, Jennifer worked as a paralegal for a law firm in Newton, MA prior to entering law school.
