Jillian Ruben is a law clerk in the Corporate Department. 

She earned a J.D. from Columbia Law School. While at Columbia, she was an editor on the Columbia Science and Technology Law Review and worked for Lawyers Alliance for New York and Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, two legal services not for profits. She also worked as a legal intern for the New York State Attorney General’s Medicaid Fraud Control Unit.
