Jordan Retif is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group.

Jordan represents private and public companies, institutional investors, and other firm clients in a wide range of corporate and commercial law matters. Jordan’s experience includes drafting and negotiating documentation for commercial transactions, researching complex legal matters, preparing legal memoranda, and counseling clients on their legal options.

Before joining Jones Walker full time as an associate, Jordan was a summer associate for the firm. He previously worked for a Fortune® 500 integrated energy company after completing a judicial externship under the Honorable Guy Holdridge of the Louisiana First Circuit Court of Appeals.
