Joshua Kopple is an associate in the Litigation Department. He assists clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters and is experienced in patent litigation in the fields of technology and life sciences.

In his pro bono work, Joshua represents clients facing housing rights’ issues and unlawful detainer actions. Presently, he also represents a client in a prisoner civil rights action asserting constitutional violations under § 1983.

While in law school, Joshua served as a judicial extern for the Honorable R. Gary Klausner in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Before practicing law, he was a film director and editor, including writing and directing a short film that premiered at the acclaimed South by Southwest Film Festival.
