Joshua M. Lindauer counsels a variety of clients in the investment management industry, including investment advisers and investment companies. He has advised on the formation, governance, reorganization and ongoing operations of investment companies, such as product structuring, marketing, operations, and compliance. Josh has worked on various fund types and structures, including open-end and closed-end funds, single and multiple series funds, single and multiple class funds, and master-feeder funds.

Prior to joining Drinker Biddle, Josh was an in-house lawyer at the asset management division of a global bank. He served as a vice president and assistant secretary of the investment companies within the division’s fund complex, and was the primary attorney responsible for the division’s separately managed accounts program. Josh also has experience advising on the cross-border marketing and distribution of privately offered funds.
