Julia Drafahl is an associate in Ogletree Deakins’s St. Louis office. Ms. Drafahl focuses her practice on defending employers against discrimination claims, harassment claims, retaliation claims, wrongful termination claims, and wage and hour violations in both state and federal courts. Ms. Drafahl also represents and advises employers in pre-litigation matters before administrative agencies, and she counsels employers in compliance with federal and state labor and employment laws and regulations.
