Katya Daniel is a Member of Mintz's Boston office. She represents public and private companies and private equity firms in a broad range of transactions. She concentrates her practice on middle market mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and joint ventures. She primarily focuses on representing clients in the health care sector, but her experience includes transactions in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, media and marketing, life sciences, biotechnology, and software and mobile technology.

During law school, Katya was an executive case and note editor of the New England Law Review and a member of the Phillip C. Jessup International Moot Court Team.
