Kevin Schoonveld is admitted to practice in New York. He is not admitted to practice in South Carolina.

Kevin Schoonveld is an associate in the K&L Gates' Charleston office and a member of the Corporate and Acquisition Finance practice group. He focuses his practice on leveraged acquisition finance and subscription line facilities. Kevin has experience representing lenders and borrowers in a variety of credit facilities, including first lien, second lien, unitranche and mezzanine financings across multiple industries, including technology, manufacturing, professional services, hospitality and the life sciences. He has closed financing transactions involving loans and commitments ranging in size from $2 million to in excess of $1 billion. In addition, Kevin has experience with financial restructuring and workout transactions.
