As an associate in the Firm’s Litigation Group, Ms. Johnson concentrates her practice in the area of patent litigation, including matters before federal district courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and the United States International Trade Commission.

While attending law school, Ms. Johnson served for two years as an Articles Editor for the Virginia Journal of International Law and served as a Judicial Intern to the Hon. Randall R. Rader. She also participated in UVA’s Child Advocacy Clinic partnered with Legal Aid.
