Lea Gierut is an associate in the firm’s Orange County office. She is a member of the Commercial Disputes practice group.

Prior to joining the firm, Lea served as a clinical student for a juvenile innocence and fair sentencing clinic. Through this role Lea represented indigent youth offenders serving adult criminal sentences in resentencing, parole hearings, and other collateral proceedings. She also successfully argued in the California Court of Appeals on a writ of mandamus. In the past, Lea was a summer associate in the firm’s Orange County office.
