Lucy Wang has broad experience representing financial institutions and high-tech companies in complex and cross-border disputes. Lucy’s practice focuses on securities and regulatory actions as well as a range of intellectual property and commercial litigation. She has been recognized as a Rising Star in Securities Litigation by Super Lawyers.

Lucy has represented issuers, underwriting firms and individuals in connection with class action litigation, shareholder derivative actions and investigations conducted by the Securities and Exchange Commission and Department of Justice. Her representative matters include advising former officers of a US-based HDTV maker in a securities regulatory investigation of allegedly fraudulent transactions with suppliers and customers in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the PRC. Lucy has also advised an international food and beverage conglomerate in a multijurisdictional action against certain parties affiliated with its PRC joint venture partner for misuse of proprietary information.
