Manuel joined Olivares in 2018. He initially worked for six months with our litigation team. In 2019, he became part of the Copyright and Media, and Entertainment Law team. He focuses on the drafting and negotiation of agreements related with the entertainment industry. In addition to contracts, his practice focuses on providing legal opinions regarding the protection and enforcement of copyrights, and creating legal strategies to avoid copyright violations. Also, he has worked as the in-office lawyer of several productions in television series format. As part of the Luis C. Schmidt’s led Entertainment and Copyright team, he has participated in the development of several high profile audiovisual works.
