Marshall Hogan is an associate and business litigation attorney with Foley & Lardner LLP. He is a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy & Business Reorganizations, Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution and IP Litigation Practices.
Mr. Hogan represents clients in business bankruptcy and reorganization matters. He has represented an array of clients, including chapter 11 debtors, bankruptcy trustees, and creditors in adversary proceedings. In addition to his bankruptcy experience, Mr. Hogan has litigated in federal and state courts concerning many different areas of law, including contract disputes, privacy issues, and consumer protection laws.
